NATURE OF BUSINESS: Manufacturer of Precision Plastic Molded Parts for Camera and other Electronic items.

DUTIES & FUNCTIONS:
The position requires comprehensive knowledge and skills on design and implementation of ways to increase productivity by simplifying work flow, reducing workers’ motions and improving lay-out of equipment, production office systems and other production units and must be able to design and install combined systems of machine, equipment, materials, information and people in a manufacturing organization.

MALE; OF HIGH MENTAL ATTITUDE AND INTEGRITY;
A BACHELOR DEGREE HOLDER,
PREFERABLY BS INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING,
PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT ENGINEERING,
MECHANICAL ENGINEERING, ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING OR
OTHER ENGINEERING FIELD REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION.
A MASTER’S DEGREE HOLDER IN INDUSTRIAL MANAGEMENT
AND ENGINEERING IS AN ADVANTAGE;
WITH AT LEAST THREE (3) YEARS EXPERIENCE IN
PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT STANDARDS;
WITH EXTENSIVE KNOWLEDGE ON RESEARCH
AND PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT APPLICATIONS;
ABLE TO CONDUCT LONG RANGE ORGANIZATION STUDIES,
PLANT LOCATION SURVEYS, AND PRODUCTION
SYSTEM EFFECTIVENESS STUDIES;
WITH EXTENSIVE SKILLS IN APPLYING PRODUCTION
ENGINEERING PRINCIPLES TO A VARIETY OF
SYSTEMS IN A MANUFACTURING ORGANIZATION
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO EVALUATION
OF PRODUCTION MATERIALS ACCORDING TO
SPECIFIC AND QUALITY STANDARDS;
WITH WIDE RANGING FAMILIARITY IN DEVELOPING
DIRECT ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH AND SAFETY PROGRAM.
