SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS:
Handles food preparation and cooking
Helps in keeping food costs at minimum level
by strictly following standard recipe
Ensures highest quality standard of food being served
Ensures proper storage of food items
Responsible in the cleanliness of the kitchen area all the time
QUALIFICATIONS:
Male, not more than 35 years old
With at least three (3) years work experience in the same capacity
Work experience in an equally competitive hotel restaurant is an advantage
Knowledgeable in an international cuisine
Knowledgeable in Food Hygiene and Sanitation
With above average written and verbal communication skills both in Tagalog and English;Willing to work on extended hours; Patient, energetic and cost-conscious
