SUPERVISOR FOOD & BEVERAGE
SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS:
Assists the F&B Manager in the over-all operation of the restaurant
(front and back of the hopuse sections)
Acts as the person in-charge of the restaurant in the absence of the F&B Manager
Supervises the day to day work activities of the staff;ensures that tasks are efficiently
accomplished without delay
Responsible in keeping the resources of the restaurant cost-efective
Ensures that high quality of customer service is provided to the guests
Sees to it that products meet the established standards of the Company.
QUALIFICATIONS:
College Graduate of any four-year course
Male or female, not more than 35 years old
With at leats two (2) yars work experienced in the same capacity in an
equally competitive Food Company
With dynamic and continuous training in the field of Food & Beverage
With extensive knowledge in guest relations and customer service
Has the ability to train and motivate people
Possesses excellent leadership and presentation skills
With excellent oral and written communication skills both in Tagalog and English
Computer literate (MS Office)
With pleasing personality, well-groomed and confident
Willing to work in extended hours
