FRONT OFFICE STAFF
SUMMARY ON DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS:
Provides prompt and courteous assistance to guest upon arrival in the Hotel Front Desk
Handles room assignments for guest and ensures that reports on room status is always updated
Responsible in securing items and/or valumpics endorsed by guest for safekeeping during their satay in the Hotel
Coordinates with the other units of the Resort regarding guest needs, requirements and/or concerns
Accomodates guest inquires regarding the Hotel and available services it offers
Performs other related tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
college Level
Male or female
Not more than 25 years old
At leats 5'4" in height
With minimum of one (1) year experienced as F.O. Staff in an equally competitive hotel or resort
Knowledgeable in high standard customer service
Computer literate
With excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Tagalig
Articulate and spontaneous
With pleasing personality, well-groomed, confident and determined
Can relate with all lyrics and levels of people
Courteous,hospitable, outgoing and amiable
Willing to work on graveyard shift.
